Dr. Dudley plans a yoga class just for yoga breathing instruction and exercise. If you are interested, please e-mail or call and add your name to our list. She plans to start these in March or April. Space will be limited as the class will be held at the office .

Dr. Dudley teachs a basic yoga class. Ask her about it. She has specific programs for yoga breathing exercises, breast cancer patients, insomnia and others.
At this point in time, Dr. Dudley is not hosting a general yoga class. She continues to teach one-on-one medical yoga rehabilitative sessions. Ask her for information. Our general e-mail site is a good place to contact her, or in the office, of course.
